Splay Shoes, an emerging online eCommerce retailer with a focus on open-toed footwear designed for ultimate comfort, is experiencing rapid growth. Hailing from Utah, they were enthusiastic about expanding their presence by establishing new manufacturing facilities in Mexico to meet their ever-growing customer demands. In pursuit of enhancing brand communication and driving revenue, Splay Shoes joined forces with Shot Creatives in a collaborative endeavor.

OUR APPROACH
We employed a comprehensive strategy, utilizing shopping, search, and social advertising on both Facebook and Google. To begin, we initiated Facebook advertising to gauge the market's response to Splay Shoes' products, achieving considerable success. Leveraging the data obtained from these tests, we implemented retargeting techniques, significantly reducing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to $3-4. Subsequently, we harnessed this valuable data to seamlessly transition to Google search and shopping ads, eliminating the need for further learning.

Achieved $100K+ in revenue, with a notable reduction of the average platform-wide Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to approximately $4.50. Through data analysis and rigorous testing, we identified high-converting audiences highly responsive to our advertising campaigns.
